La "Quinta del Buitre" fue el nombre dado a una generación de futbolistas surgidos de la cantera del Real Madrid que lograron múltiples éxitos deportivos durante los años 1980 y 1990. El nombre hace referencia al apodo del jugador más carismático del grupo, Emilio Butragueño, el Buitre. Los otros cuatro miembros eran Miguel Pardeza, Manolo Sanchís, Míchel y Rafael Martín Vázquez.
